Delivery Policy

DVDs are normally dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail with 3 days of receipt of order and payment.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Refund / Cancelation Policy

Refunds will be made immediately on return of a defective DVD.
Please contact Longbow Sail Training before returning.

Defective DVDs should be returned within 7 days of purchase
